The separation of Noor Alfallah and Al Pacino
According to documents filed with the Los Angeles court, Noor Alfallah initially requested full custody of their son born a few months ago, with Al Pacino having “reasonably organized visitations”. However, the woman ultimately accepted joint legal custody, allowing both parents to make significant decisions for the child, including matters related to education, medical care, and religion. According to the tabloid, the court documents did not specify an amount for child support, and it is mentioned that the Los Angeles court will decide on this matter. Nevertheless, Alfallah reportedly asked the 83-year-old star to cover the legal expenses for the separation.
Child support terms
Initially, after their decision to part ways, Noor Alfallah had requested full custody of their newborn son, Roman Pacino. Now, Page Six, having obtained the documents filed with the Los Angeles court, reports that the renowned actor will have to pay his former partner over 30,000 dollars for child support. Moreover, Pacino will need to provide the 29-year-old with an upfront payment of 110,000 dollars, plus an additional 13,000 for a nighttime nurse, an annual deposit of 15,000 into an education fund for their youngest child. Announcement of separation and the birth of Al Pacino’s fourth child
Last June, Al Pacino became a father for the fourth time to a baby boy, Roman Pacino, born to his partner Noor Alfallah. The new mother is 29 years old, and she is the former girlfriend of Mick Jagger. She began dating the Hollywood legend in April 2022. After the news of his partner’s pregnancy, the star underwent a paternity test to confirm the child was his.
The result was positive, and it left him quite shaken. After a few months, the two announced their decision to separate, with Alfallah seeking full custody of their son and allowing Al Pacino reasonable visitation. However, the Los Angeles court ruled differently, with joint legal custody granting both parents the authority to make important decisions regarding their child’s upbringing, from education and medical care to religious matters. While the court documents did not specify a child support amount, it is noted that the Los Angeles court will determine this. Nevertheless, Alfallah is reported to have asked the 83-year-old actor to cover the legal expenses for the separation.
